Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or joining with the permission of your parent/guardian. Minors are not permitted to join the WhatsApp Community independently.

Educational Nature of Services
Shubham Capital is an education platform, not an investment advisory service. We are not a SEBI registered investment advisor. Any information provided in our classes, messages, or community discussions should not be treated as a stock buy/sell recommendation or guaranteed-return advice.
User Responsibilities

Registration
Registration for the free class happens via WhatsApp or the website form. Since seats are limited, batch details are sent to you only after registration is confirmed. We reserve the right to make changes to the class schedule without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Our class material, presentations, charts, course content, and website content are the intellectual property of Shubham Capital. Copying, reselling, or publicly redistributing these materials without permission is prohibited.
Prohibited Use
While using our services, you may not:
Send spam, promotional, or unrelated content in the WhatsApp CommunityRun any paid service or scheme under the Shubham Capital nameHarass or mislead other studentsUse class content commercially without credit
No Guarantee of Returns
Shubham Capital does not guarantee any profit, return, or investment outcome. Stock market investments carry risk, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Our education aims to give you understanding, not to guarantee results.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
